You may already have a group in mind. Or you may simply know you’d like to create a meaningful experience for people who share a season of life, a responsibility, or ongoing work.
Grace & Growth Network workshops bring people together to explore, reflect, learn, and practice around something that matters. Each workshop can be adapted for the people, purpose, and setting you have in mind.

Every workshop creates a shared experience. The difference is what participants carry forward after the workshop ends.
Grace & Growth Network offers two types of workshops to support these different paths: Side by Side and Shared Reality.

Share the experience. Take it into your own reality.
Come together with others to explore, reflect, learn, and practice around something that matters.
What each person takes from the experience is theirs to carry into their own relationships, circumstances, and everyday life.
Participants grow individually—alongside others.

Share the experience. Take it back into what you share.
Come together around something that matters to people who will continue learning, working, serving, or relating with one another after the experience ends.
What happens during the workshop can be carried back into the relationships, responsibilities, and circumstances the group continues to share.
The group grows in something it carries together.
You may have noticed a workshop that fits the people you are thinking about. Or you may know who you would like to bring together before you know which topic or format would work best.
Tell me about the group, what brought the idea to mind, and what you hope the experience will support. From there, we can consider the workshop, format, and approach that fit your setting.
Workshops can be hosted by schools, libraries, parishes, parent organizations, community groups, workplaces, and other places where people gather.
